Yes, you should put at least a shot glass sized amount of sunscreen on your face, neck/chest area before leaving the house everyday. Quick tip- rub the excess on the tops of your hands.
The skin in your neck and tops of hands is thinner than the skin on your face. These are often forgotten areas and the first to show signs of aging. I try to follow the rule of whatever I apply on my face I put the same thing on my neck/chest. Masks, exfoliants etc.
